The Laurels of Chagrin Falls employs a team of highly qualified medical professionals, including a Medical Director, Registered Nurses, Restorative Care Nurses, a Wound Care Nurse, state tested Certified Nursing Assistants, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and a Speech Therapist. Our on-site Rehab, Dietary, Social Work, and Activities departments provide personalized and compassionate care to each guest. From the moment you walk through the front doors, the warmth and caring of the staff will begin to gain your trust and confidence, as they strive to exceed your expectations.
Unlike other facilities that use "contracted" staff members, each member of the team at The Laurels of Chagrin Falls is directly employed, not "contracted". Chasity is the Administrator at The Laurels of Chagrin Falls. She began her career working as an STNA while in college. Then continued to move up the ranks learning a multitude of administrative positions. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration majoring in Finance. Chasity has had the pleasure of serving the geriatric community for the past 15 years and does it with dignity and respect of every guest. Chasity accepted the Administrator position December 2018.
Director of Nursing
Jessica has almost 20 years of nursing experience, practicing and living in the greater Cleveland area her entire life. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree at Ursuline College and is working towards a Master’s Degree currently. She has always had a passion for the elderly and takes a special interest in wound care. She has been married for over fifteen years with six amazing children and a St Bernard named Marley. Jessica is a great addition to The Laurels of Chagrin Falls team with her ultimate goal being to treat all of her guests like they were her own family.
Rehabilitation Services Director
Jackie graduated from Baldwin Wallace University in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in Pre-Physical Therapy and Exercise science and from Bellarmine University in 2012 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She began her career as a staff Physical Therapist with the Laurels of Massillon and is very excited to be a part of the Laurels of Chagrin Falls team. She is certified in Integrative Dry Needling with a focus on musculoskeletal injuries. Her interests include Cardiopulmonary, Neurological and High level balance guests.
